Growing wellness spa seeking an experienced, passionate, and client-centered Licensed Esthetician to join our team part-time.

We are looking for someone who is deeply passionate about skincare, genuinely loves working with people, and believes exceptional service is just as important as exceptional treatments. Our ideal candidate is confident in building meaningful client relationships, delivering results-driven services, and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

This position requires evening and weekend availability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of esthetician experience
• Valid California Esthetician License
• Strong knowledge of skincare, treatments, and homecare recommendations
• Passion for helping clients look and feel their best
• Warm, professional, and hospitality-driven presence
• Impeccable customer service and communication skills
• Authentic and ethical approach to retail and service recommendations
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Growth-minded with a desire to continue learning

Responsibilities:

• Provide customized facial and skincare treatments
• Educate clients on skincare and wellness recommendations
• Recommend products and treatment plans in an authentic, client-focused way
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professionalism
• Support a welcoming, elevated guest experience
• Support concierge operations and overall client flow as needed
• Collaborate with spa and wellness team members to ensure continuity of care
