Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, HydraFacial, microneedling, and chemical peels

• Provide customized treatment plans based on patient skin concerns and goals

• Educate patients on skincare routines, treatments, and long-term skin health

• Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products when appropriate

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room

• Ensure all treatments follow medical spa protocols and safety standards

• Accurately document treatments and patient interactions

• Support overall patient flow and contribute to a positive team environment

• Participate in promotional events and help support practice growth

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician license in the state of Georgia

• Previous medical spa or clinical esthetics experience preferred

• Experience performing HydraFacial, microneedling, and chemical peels

• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatment protocols

• Laser certification is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional and polished appearance

• Demonstrates a genuine commitment to going above and beyond to provide outstanding patient care and patient satisfaction

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable recommending treatments and skincare products
