M. Stagers Realty Partners is seeking a semi-experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Listing Transaction Coordinator to join our real estate team in San Antonio. This part-time position is ideal for a licensed real estate professional who excels at managing listing details, coordinating timelines, and ensuring every transaction progresses smoothly from listing preparation through listing activation.
The ideal candidate is proactive, service-oriented, and capable of managing multiple listings while maintaining exceptional communication with clients, agents, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Listing Management
- Manage the listing process from pre-listing through placement on the market
- Prepare and review listing agreements and related documentation
- Ensure all listing files comply with Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) requirements and brokerage policies
- Enter and maintain accurate listing information in the MLS and other platforms
- Manage listing status updates, price changes, and other listing modifications
Transaction Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate professional photography and other listing-related services
- Assist with the preparation and launch of new listings
- Monitor timelines and ensure all listing assets are completed and delivered on schedule
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and agents throughout the listing process
Administrative Support
- Maintain CRM and transaction management systems with accurate and timely information
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the listing experience
- Support the broker and agents with administrative and operational tasks as needed
QualificationsRequired
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously
- Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude
Preferred
- Previous experience as a Listing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate Assistant, or similar role
- Familiarity with MLS systems, transaction management software, CRM platforms, and digital signature tools
- Experience coordinating photography and listing launches
- Knowledge of TREC compliance requirements and contract management
