Part-time Maintenance

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks across various systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
• Conduct inspections using schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately.
• Carry out residential painting, and other repair work to uphold property standards.
• Assist with facilities maintenance projects, including upgrades or renovations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Supervise or coordinate with vendors or contractors when specialized services like electrical work are required.

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related roles within residential or manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience reading schematics and technical diagrams.
• Demonstrated ability to perform welding and residential painting tasks effectively.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance settings is preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
