Part-Time Maintenance / Laborer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Maintenance/Laborer to assist with property renovations and weekly upkeep of residential and/or commercial properties in the Sandusky, Ohio area.

This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who is dependable and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with property renovations (painting, drywall, flooring, etc.)

• Perform general maintenance and repairs

• Complete weekly upkeep tasks (cleaning, trash removal, basic landscaping)

• Minor plumbing and electrical work (if experienced)

• Assist with unit turnovers (preparing units for new tenants)

• Maintain tools and equipment

• Follow safety procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance, construction, or labor experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of tools and repair work

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

• Reliable transportation required

• Strong work ethic and punctuality

• Ability to work independently and take direction

Schedule:

• Part-time (flexible hours)

• 10–25 hours per week (based on workload)

Pay:

• $15–$20/hour (based on experience)
