Part Time Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, systems, and facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using schematics and technical manuals
• Manage work orders efficiently
• Assist with facilities upkeep including residential painting, cleaning, and general handyman duties
• Supervise or assist during maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and tasks are completed on time
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing environments, or related fields with hands-on mechanical and electrical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork
• Demonstrated customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
