Part Time Maintenance Worker

Key Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

 Scheduling maintenance on HVAC, Fire and Sprinkler Equipment, Generator, Landscape, Kitchen Equipment, and Emergency Pull Cord Equipment, and all Safety Systems

 Assisting with maintenance requests by residents, including repairing/replacing plumbing, electrical, heating, and light bulbs

 Assisting with repairs, and maintaining vacated rooms in a timely manner including painting and carpet cleaning and installation

 Ensuring walls, floor coverings, doors, and woodwork in the common areas of the community and resident rooms are properly maintained.

 Assists with the safety program to provide a safe working environment and prevent injuries.

 Assisting with all maintenance issues by determining the best course of action to correct the problem

 Attend In-Service and All Staff Meetings

 Complies with Laws and regulations applicable to position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
