Overview

We are seeking a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support and grow our brand presence across digital platforms for our Rowland Heights campus.

In this paid, part-time role, you will create engaging content, manage social media channels, assist with digital advertising efforts, and help track prospective student inquiries. Duties

• Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels with our internal team
• Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, XiaoHongShu) showcasing campus life, teachers, and student experiences
• Manage social media posting and community engagement
• Track and organize social media leads using Google Sheets and coordinate follow-up with the Admissions team
• Monitor social media trends and recommend content ideas to increase engagement
• Support local outreach efforts and community partnerships as needed
• Clerical and other office duties

Skills

• Experience with social media content creation and platform management
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads (basic campaign knowledge preferred)
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and engagement tracking
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to create compelling visual content including video and photography
• Excellent communication and proofreading skills
• Bilingual ability (Mandarin or Spanish) is a plus

Preferred majors: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Business Administration (Marketing), Graphic Design, or Film/Media Production

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
