What You'll Be Doing

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting and executing high-profile marketing initiatives while helping shape the future of our digital presence.

Creative & Digital Marketing

✅ Design and build engaging email marketing campaigns using MailChimp and similar platforms

✅ Create responsive digital marketing assets and branded campaign materials

✅ Develop visual content that aligns with company branding, style guides, and marketing objectives

✅ Design print and digital collateral including flyers, banners, brochures, postcards, signage, and promotional materials

✅ Support company-wide marketing campaigns and initiatives from concept to completion

Social Media & Content Creation

✅ Film engaging one-on-one interviews, office features, events, and agent spotlights

✅ Assist with production setup including lighting, backdrops, microphones, and props

✅ Edit dynamic content for social media platforms including:

• Reels
• Stories
• Ads
• Posts
• Promotional Videos

✅ Select on-brand graphics, music, and visual elements that drive engagement

✅ Support social media management and advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter)

Collaboration & Innovation

✅ Partner with marketing, digital, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time

✅ Leverage the latest marketing tools, trends, and technologies

✅ Help implement digital best practices across all marketing initiatives

✅ Bring fresh ideas, creative energy, and innovative thinking to every project

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Multimedia Design, or a related field

✔ Strong eye for visual design, branding, and creative composition

✔ Professional photography skills with the ability to capture high-quality marketing imagery

✔ Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

✔ Experience with Canva and CapCut (or similar video editing platforms)

✔ Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

✔ Familiarity with Sketch and InVision

✔ Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and MailChimp

✔ Experience filming content using an iPhone and understanding basic lighting and production techniques

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

✔ Coachable mindset and willingness to learn

✔ Team-player attitude with a passion for collaboration

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Location

Based primarily in Irvine, CA

Travel to branch locations throughout Southern California required

Monday – Friday

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations is required

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand, sit, bend, stoop, lift, and carry equipment and materials up to 20 pounds. This position operates primarily in a professional office environment with occasional on-site filming and event coverage.
