Part-Time Marketing Content & Graphic Design Specialist

We’re looking for a talented part-time Marketing Content & Graphic Design Specialist to help us create polished, high-quality marketing and sales materials quickly.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong graphic design instincts, knows how to make business content look sharp and credible, and can use AI tools intelligently to speed up production without making the work feel generic or sloppy.

You’ll help create professional materials such as one-pagers, PowerPoint presentations, sales collateral, branded PDFs, pitch decks, and other marketing assets. We want someone who can take rough ideas, notes, or existing content and turn them into clean, impressive deliverables with fast turnaround times.

This is a part-time role with room to grow over time for the right person.

What You’ll Do:

• Create polished one-pagers, pitch decks, PowerPoints, proposals, and other sales/marketing collateral
• Turn rough ideas, notes, or basic content into visually strong finished materials
• Use AI tools where helpful to improve speed, layout, design quality, and overall presentation
• Maintain a clean, modern, professional visual style across materials
• Support marketing and business development efforts with strong visual communication
• Revise materials quickly based on feedback
• Help improve templates and create reusable branded assets

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong graphic design skills and a sharp eye for layout, typography, and presentation
• Experience creating professional business materials, not just social media graphics
• Strong PowerPoint / Google Slides design ability
• Ability to create clean PDFs, one-pagers, sales sheets, and other collateral
• Comfort using AI design and content tools to move faster and produce better work
• Fast turnaround and strong responsiveness
• Ability to work independently and make rough content look polished
• Strong attention to detail
• Good judgment and taste

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting a consulting, B2B, SaaS, or professional services business
• Familiarity with branding and sales enablement materials
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, Google Slides, ChatGPT, and other AI-assisted design/content tools

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

Growth Opportunity:

This is a part-time role to start, but there is potential for increased hours and longer-term growth if it’s a strong fit.
