Role Overview

Profex Academy is seeking a motivated and communication-focused Part-Time Marketing & Sales Executive to handle individual tuition lead conversions. This role focuses on connecting with parents who have already shown interest, understanding their academic concerns, and guiding them towards enrolling in Profex Academy’s individual tuition and personalised academic support programs.

This position is ideal for candidates who are confident in parent communication, understand school education needs (Classes 1–10), and can convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through structured follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact parents and students from provided enquiry and lead data through phone calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
• Clearly explain Profex Academy’s individual tuition programs, teaching approach, and academic benefits.
• Understand parent concerns related to academics, learning gaps, exam pressure, or confidence issues and respond appropriately.
• Convert warm leads into trial classes, counselling sessions, and confirmed admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion status.
• Coordinate with the academic team for scheduling demo or trial sessions.
• Support admission campaigns and seasonal enrolment drives as required.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Confident and polite telephone and WhatsApp conversation skills with parents.
• Ability to explain academic services in a clear, reassuring, and non-pushy manner.
• Basic understanding of school education (CBSE/State syllabus preferred).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined in follow-ups.
• Prior experience in education sales, tuition centres, or counselling is an advantage (not mandatory).

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Housewives, college students, and working professionals seeking part-time work may apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible, part-time hours.
• Peak calling hours usually between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (schedule to be mutually agreed).
