Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Specialist to help execute a range of marketing projects that elevate our brand and generate qualified B2B leads. The role will focus on completing our new website, improving digital presence, and supporting ongoing marketing efforts targeting designers, contractors, and distributors in the architectural and window-covering industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Project Management:
- Collaborate with our web developer to finalize content, images, and product pages.
- Optimize site structure for B2B clarity, SEO, and conversion flow.
- Coordinate updates, ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Digital Marketing & Branding:
- Create and manage product brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
- Maintain social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) with industry-relevant content.
- Write and edit marketing copy for email campaigns, website updates, and ads.
- Lead Generation & Analytics:
- Assist in developing targeted outreach campaigns for dealers and architects.
- Track metrics for campaigns and web traffic to refine marketing strategies.
- Research potential partners, trade shows, and online directories.
- Marketing Support:
- Coordinate photo and video shoots of products and installations.
- Help standardize visual branding across marketing channels.
- Support internal communication efforts and product launches.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience (B2B or manufacturing industry preferred).
- Strong project-management skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn marketing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with construction, design, or architectural product markets a plus.
Hours & Compensation
- Part-time: 10-20 hours/week (flexible schedule).
- Hybrid work some onsite and some remote.
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
- Potential for long-term or full-time growth as company expands.
Pay: $24.51 - $29.51 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
