Part-Time Marketing & Video Content Creator (Hybrid – NJ)

Looking for a creative marketer who knows how to turn ideas into engaging content that actually gets noticed.

Clear Skies Title is hiring a part-time Marketing & Content Creator to lead our brand presence across video and social media. This is a hybrid role with at least one in-office day per week in Millburn, NJ, plus occasional travel to events around New Jersey (including some evening professional events).

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a clear marketing strategy focused on brand awareness
• Create engaging video content (short-form, social-first, and promotional)
• Manage and grow our social media presence
• Capture content at events and in-office as needed
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to elevate our brand

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
• Strong video creation/editing skills
• Ability to work independently and bring ideas to life
• Experience with brand/awareness marketing is a plus
• Portfolio or examples of past work (especially with business clients) required

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
