Job Description

Sri Edu Foundation is hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Mathematics Faculty member to teach Grade 11 and 12 students under the Karnataka State Board syllabus. We are looking for candidates with strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and a passion for teaching. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics concepts to Grade 11 & 12 students as per the State Board curriculum.
• Plan and deliver clear, structured, and engaging classroom sessions.
• Prepare and conduct tests, evaluations, and remedial sessions.
• Support students in understanding theoretical concepts and solving numerical problems.
• Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
• Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and academic planning.
• Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• B.Ed. preferred (optional for freshers with strong subject knowledge).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of teaching experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Karnataka State Board syllabus and exam pattern.
• Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts for better student understanding.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use digital teaching tools.
