RELUXE Med Spa is growing, and we’re looking for the right part-time Medical Aesthetician with Laser experience to join our team.

This is not a “start from zero and hope you get booked” role. We have strong patient demand, an established brand, and a nearly full book ready for the right person. We’re looking for someone who is professional, reliable, warm with patients, and excited to grow inside a busy, modern med spa.

This role is ideal for an experienced aesthetician who wants consistent patients, strong support, and the opportunity to perform results-driven treatments in a beautiful, high-growth med spa environment.

Schedule
Monday, Friday, Saturday
Part-time role
Westfield Location (Potential Carmel hours available also)

What You’ll Do
Perform advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments
Build trust with patients through education and great service
Recommend treatment plans and home care when appropriate
Support memberships, packages, and long-term patient results
Help create a polished, elevated patient experience
Maintain accurate notes, treatment rooms, and safety standards

Ideal Experience
Licensed Esthetician in Indiana
Laser or energy device experience strongly preferred
Experience with treatments such as Hydrafacial, Glo2Facial, SkinPen, chemical peels, dermaplaning, laser hair removal, IPL, RF, or similar services
Comfortable educating patients and recommending treatment plans
Strong communication skills
Reliable, kind, team-oriented, and professional
Excited to grow with a fast-moving med spa

Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience, skill set, and service mix. Open to discussing hourly, commission, or hybrid structure depending on fit.
