Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Part-Time Medical Esthetician to join our vibrant aesthetics team as we expand select evenings and new Saturday hours. This energetic role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional patient results through targeted aesthetic treatments, advanced services, and the opportunity to empower patients to look and feel their best. As a key member of our team, you will provide personalized skincare plans, educate clients on best treatment options for their goals to create a treatment plan, perform results-driven services, and contribute to a welcoming environment that encourages patient empowerment and self-care. This position is perfect for licensed estheticians eager to make a positive impact while working expanded hours that fit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including microneedling, chemical peels, hydrafacial, Glo2Facial, Radiofrequency, Skin Tightening, dermaplaning, and other advanced, results-driven aesthetics.
• Deliver professional skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend targeted treatments to map out treatment plan.
• Conduct treatment demonstrations and educate clients on skincare options to promote healthy skin habits.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatment areas to ensure patient safety, comfort, and luxe feel.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns effectively and recommending appropriate treatments and at-home care.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Must have excellent facial massage and skin treatment techniques and extensive knowledge of classic and new skincare methods.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as standard/basic computer knowledge and strong time management skills.
• Ability to abide by HIPPA and respect client confidentiality

Experience

• Valid esthetician license required; additional certifications highly desirable.
• Proven experience in performing hydrafacial, chemical peels, microneedling, and advanced treatments preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients.
• Experience in retail sales or product demos that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and maintaining a clean treatment environment is essential.
• Prior work in a fast-paced spa or medical aesthetic setting is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key!
