Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour

Schedule: 3 hours per day, 7 days per week

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will support providers by accurately entering clinical notes into the hospital system and assisting with patient information and demographic entry into the billing system.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with medical documentation and patient data.

Responsibilities:

• Receive provider notes and accurately enter them into the hospital system
• Assist with entering patient information and demographics into the billing system
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA
• Communicate with providers and staff as needed to clarify documentation
• Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a medical scribe, medical assistant, or in a healthcare administrative role preferred
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR and medical billing systems preferred
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential patient information professionally
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Work Schedule:

• Part-time
• 3 hours per day
• 7 days per week
