Part-time Mental Health Therapist Specializing in Women and Teen Girls (W-2)

We are looking for a clinician who is licensed (or associate licensed) in North Carolina. In this role, you will walk alongside clients navigating issues like anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions, helping them gain insight, develop coping skills, and experience lasting change. You will be supported by a collaborative team that values excellence, authenticity, and growth.

This position includes a mix of in-person sessions in Cary and telehealth sessions at your home. Consistent referrals, administrative support, billing, and marketing are handled for you. Compensation ranges from $50 (associate-licensed)–$55 (fully-licensed) per session. Additional benefits include a flexible schedule, 401(k) match, phone/computer reimbursement, and paid administrative time.
