Part-Time Mid-Level SEO Content Writer

We are looking for a SEO Content Writer who can create high-quality, search-engine-optimized content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and other SEO-related content needs.

The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, basic to intermediate SEO knowledge, and the ability to write content that is both user-friendly and search-engine-friendly.

Responsibilities

- Write SEO-optimized website content

- Create blog posts, articles, landing page content, service pages, and product descriptions

- Conduct keyword research before writing content

- Use primary and secondary keywords naturally in the content

- Write proper headings, subheadings, meta titles, and meta descriptions

- Optimize content according to search intent

- Improve and rewrite existing website content for better SEO performance

- Prepare content briefs and outlines when needed

- Maintain proper content structure with H1, H2, and H3 tags

- Ensure content is clear, engaging, plagiarism-free, and grammatically correct

- Support on-page SEO tasks related to content optimization

- Work with the SEO/team lead to improve organic traffic and rankings

Required Skills

- Strong English writing and editing skills

- Good understanding of SEO content writing

- Knowledge of keyword placement and search intent

- Ability to write web pages, blogs, and marketing content

- Basic understanding of on-page SEO

- Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, Grammarly, or similar tools

- Ability to meet deadlines and follow content guidelines

- Experience in writing content for different industries will be a plus

SEO Knowledge Required
