Job Description:
*This job description represents an overview of the Qualified Medication Aide’s responsibilities. It is not intended to be a comprehensive list. An associate should perform all duties as assigned by his or her supervisor.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. Three to six months of related experience/ training preferred. Knowledge of your abilities and limitations as a QMA. Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide.
Management/ Decision Making:
Makes decisions based on detailed guidelines with limited independent judgement, referring issues to supervisor as needed.
Knowledge and Skills:
Can follow written/ verbal instructions. Possesses a thorough understanding of the organization and work environment. Ability to communicate in English. Uses good judgement in emergency situations and seeks assistance when needed.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 24.0 per week
Work Location: In person
