Foothills Tint Pros is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Mobile Automotive Window Tint Installer to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll provide professional window tinting services at customer locations throughout Hickory, NC, and within a 50-mile radius. This is a mobile role—perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, values flexibility, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites within 50 miles of Hickory, NC using your own reliable vehicle
• Measure, cut, and install window tint film with precision and care
• Ensure bubble-free, flawless installations that meet company standards
• Educate customers on tint benefits, aftercare, and warranty coverage
• Maintain organized tools and materials for efficient workflow
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Foothills Tint Pros professionally
• Complete installation documentation and maintain customer records

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive window tint installation experience
• Own reliable personal vehicle for travel to customer locations
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Availability Monday–Wednesday or Thursday - Saturday (part-time schedule)
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency with hand tools, heat guns, squeegees, and tinting equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certification from recognized training programs (e.g., 3M, LLumar, Tint Academy)
• Experience with various film types (ceramic, carbon, dyed)
• Knowledge of advanced installation techniques (heat shrinking, edge trimming)
• Previous mobile service or field work experience
• Portfolio of completed installation projects

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission: 20–30% per job for experienced installers
• All Tools & Materials Provided: Just bring your skills and vehicle
