Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Compensation:
$20/hour when caring for 1 child
$25/hour when caring for all 3 children

About the Family:
A close-knit High Point family is seeking a warm, dependable nanny to become an extension of their family. Dad is a stay-at-home parent, so the nanny will work alongside him throughout the morning rather than independently managing the household.

The family has 3 children ages 5, 3, and 8 months, along with 2 cats. Care will primarily be for the infant while dad handles school drop-offs and morning routines, though occasional care for all 3 children will be needed when the older children are home.

Responsibilities:

• Infant and childcare support
• Assisting with meals/snacks
• Diapering and nap routines
• Planning age-appropriate activities
• General tidying related to the children and day-to-day care

The family follows a Montessori-inspired parenting style and values structure, teamwork, creativity, patience, and reliability. They are looking for someone who is punctual, engaging, and comfortable caring for children of varying ages.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• At least a 1-year commitment required
• 3 childcare-related references
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Warm, patient, and team-oriented personality
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Flu vaccine required
• TDAP vaccine required
