Part-Time Mother's Helper

**MUST HAVE minimum 2 years experience working with children, SIDS certification, CPR certification, and sleep safety training**

For the right candidate, paid sick days and paid Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily childcare routines including feeding, diapering, and nap times
• Engage in educational/ age appropriate activities, playtime, and experiences to promote growth and development
• Support meal preparation and help with feeding children nutritious snacks and meals
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up play areas and laundry for children or assisting parents
• Provide basic first aid when necessary and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Collaborate with parents to understand specific needs and routines for the little one
• Support the family and their dog in the time spent in the home, while maintaining industry professionalism and respectfulness

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, babysitting, nannying, or preschool environments
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific care techniques
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required
• Ability to perform light cleaning tasks related to childcare areas
• Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
• Flexibility to work part-time hours including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as needed

SCHEDULE:

June:

8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th: 7am- 3pm

14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th: 7am- 3pm

Window: 22nd- 26th- 1 to 2 days (4 hours each) 8am-12pm

June/ July:

29th, 30th, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd: 7am- 3pm

6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th: 7am- 3pm

Window: 13th- 17th- 1 to 2 days (4 hours each) 8am-12pm

20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, and 24th: 7am-3pm

27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, and 31st: 7am-3pm

August:

Window: 3rd- 7th- 1 to 2 days (4 hours each) 8am-12pm

10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th: 7am-3pm

17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, and 21st: 7am- 3pm

Window: 24th- 28th- 1 to 2 days (4 hours each) 8am-12pm

August/ September:

31st, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th: 7am- 3pm

Window: 14th-18th- 1 to 2 days (4 hours each) 8am-12pm

21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, and 25th: 7am- 3pm

28th, 29th, and 30th: 7am- 3pm

October:

1st and 2nd: 7am- 3pm

Window: 5th-9th- 1 to 2 days (4 hours each) 8am-12pm

13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th: 7am- 3pm

19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd: 7am- 3pm

Window: 26th- 30th- 1 to 2 days (4 hours each) 8am-12pm
