Part Time Nanny

This is a young, close-knit family of three seeking a nurturing, patient, and experienced nanny for their beloved toddler. He thrives on routine, gentle connection, and lots of outdoor time. His days include breakfast, play with toys, outdoor exploration, lunch, and a midday nap typically between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. They follow a no–screen-time, no–cry-it-out, and no–harsh-discipline philosophy, emphasizing calm communication, emotional responsiveness, and meeting their child at his level with kindness and respect.

The ideal nanny will be extremely patient, warm, and attentive—someone who instinctively comforts him when he is upset, engages with him face-to-face, and enjoys playing, laughing, and nurturing his curiosity. They are looking for a female caregiver with experience caring for toddlers his age who values gentle parenting and understands early childhood development. Light snacks will be provided by our family, with the occasional approved treat from a nearby bakery.

Their home includes an English Cream Golden Retriever and two outdoor cats (one of whom occasionally lounges indoors), so comfort around pets is important. For safety and consistency, bathing, car rides, and certain household areas are reserved for parents only. They are seeking someone who wants to build a long-term relationship with their family and be a loving, steady presence in their son's life.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
