Part time Nanny

Job Title: Part time Nanny (Toddler + Pet Care)

Location: Coventry RI
Schedule: Partime, M-F hours vary between 9-5
Compensation: 20-22$

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, caring, and flexible part time nanny to provide childcare and pet care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with toddlers and is comfortable around dogs, and who can adapt to a variable, on-call, flexible schedule. Must be able to pass BCI as well as 3 references.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for a 2-year-old child

• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities (playtime, reading, outdoor walks, etc.)

• Prepare and serve simple meals/snacks for the child

• Maintain the child’s daily routine, including naps and hygiene

• Ensure a safe and clean environment at all times

• Provide basic care for two dogs (feeding, letting out)

• Light housekeeping related to the child (tidying play areas, cleaning bottles/dishes used during shift)

Qualifications:

• Prior experience caring for toddlers (2+ years preferred)

• Comfortable and experienced with dogs

• Dependable, punctual, and responsive to short-notice scheduling needs

• Warm, patient, and engaging personality

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

• References required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
