Schedule: 2 full days + 2 half days per week

About Our Family
We are a professional family seeking a reliable, engaged, and proactive nanny to care for our 18-month-old son. We value warmth, structure, and enriching play. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys toddler development, and is comfortable supporting the overall rhythm of a busy household.

Primary Responsibilities (Child-Focused)

• Provide attentive, hands-on care for our 18-month-old
• Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
• Encourage learning and skill-building (language, motor skills, independence)
• Spend time outdoors daily, including daily stroller walks
• Prepare and feed meals and snacks
• Model positive behavior and support emotional development
• Bring fresh, enriching activity ideas to support growth and curiosity

Household Support Expectations

During nap time, we expect help with:

• Loading/unloading dishwasher and washing dishes
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Cleaning and sanitizing high chair and kitchen surfaces
• Light meal prep (chopping vegetables, preparing simple meals/snacks)
• Setting up activities for later in the day
• Grocery shopping as needed
• Walking the dog
• Cleaning up toys and play areas

While the baby is awake:

• Putting away laundry
• Restocking diapers

Pet Care

We have a friendly dog. The nanny should be comfortable walking the dog, either alongside stroller walks or during nap time.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience caring for toddlers
• Proactive and self-directed
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable balancing childcare and light household support
• Non-smoker
• Reliable transportation
• This role is active and takes place in a two-story home. The nanny must be comfortable carrying our 40 lb toddler safely up and down stairs and engaging in physical play, outdoor walks, and daily movement.

Schedule

2 full days and 2 half days per week. Days are flexible based on mutual agreement, but full days cannot be Fridays.

• We are seeking someone serious about their role, who views nannying as a professional position and takes pride in creating a nurturing, structured, and enriching environment.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
