Start Date

• June 1, 2026

Wages

• $24–27 per hour (based on experience)
• ~30 hours per week
• 15 guaranteed hours
• Paid via payroll company

Hours

• Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 2:00/ 2:30 PM
• ~30 hours per week

Benefits

• 15 guaranteed hours
• 5 paid sick days per year

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for twins
• Engage in enrichment activities such as reading, music, singing, tummy time, and interactive, screen-free play
• Support developmental milestones through interactive, hands-on care
• Follow established feeding and nap routines for both babies
• Prepare and clean bottles
• Assist with twins’ laundry and light child-related tidying, including keeping kitchen/bottle areas in order
• Communicate openly with parents about the babies’ day, routines, and any needs

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Clean Criminal Background
• Non-smoker (or vaping)
• No use of illicit or illegal drugs
• 3 Professional References (not including family)
• CPR & First Aid Certified (required before start date)
• Prior infant care experience required (twin experience strongly preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior professional experience caring for multiple babies at the same time
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
• Warm, calm, and engaging care-giving style
• Comfortable working alongside a parent who works from home
• Interest in building a long-term relationship with the family
