CAMARILLO, CA – A sweet family located off Los Posas Road needs a PART-TIME afternoon Nanny for their two girls ages 3 and 7. The family has two dogs, so you must be dog friendly.

Ideal schedule:

Days: Tuesday–Friday plus one weekend day (flexible on exact day/time)

Hours: After school (~2–6pm range, flexible)

Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 hours/week

The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible enough to provide full-day care when children are out of school, and willing to occasionally stay late or work weekends.

Compensation & benefits:Hourly rate: $25-30 depending on experienceMileage reimbursement for using a personal carPaid sick days (depending on hours worked)

Duties will include:

• General childcare
• Tidying up after the children (has housekeeper)
• Children’s meal prep
• Children’s laundry
• Transporting the children
• Errands and basic household support

Ideal Nanny Match: Their ideal Nanny is someone who is flexible and playful, not overly rigid, and very engaging with kids. The family wants the Nanny to build a trusting relationship with their children first, rather than focusing on discipline or control. The family values a good connection with their nanny, humor, and creating a warm, supportive environment for everyone. A background in Special Education (Autism, sensory-sensitive issues, or any other special needs experience is a bonus!) would be ideal. Please have a good work ethic, be reliable and punctual, and be comfortable with two working parents who are in and out of the house. Both kids attend school. The ideal candidate is happy to take the children on outings, can stay organized, is patient and kind, and focuses entirely on the children.
