Part-time Nanny in Chattanooga Needed! ($20-25/hr + Guaranteed Hours + Major Holidays Off)

Family "W" is seeking a warm, engaged nanny to support their two young daughters in a loving, faith-centered home. Their parenting style is gentle but firm, rooted in teachable moments, love, and respect; no yelling or screaming. They are family-oriented and caring, and they value raising their girls in an environment full of music, creativity, and connection. This is a wonderful family for a nanny looking for a calm, nurturing household where they will truly feel like part of the team.

"I" (2.5) is bright, communicative, and always on the go. She loves being outdoors, learning new things, and staying active. She attends school and thrives when kept engaged and stimulated.

"Z" (10 months) is a happy, curious baby who loves her sister, playing, and being close to mom. She is currently crawling, pulling to stand, and working through sleep training so consistency and patience are key during this exciting developmental stage.

The nanny will support both girls with play, feeding, and nap schedules, while keeping toys, play spaces, and eating areas tidy after meals. The family also loves books, songs, and early learning activities like counting and letters, and they'd love a nanny who naturally weaves those moments into the day. Driving is required, and the family has a vehicle with car seats available for emergency use.

The home also includes two pets: Nellie, a gentle older Maltese/Yorkie mix who is great with the kids, and Milo, a large cat who tends to keep to himself. A nanny comfortable sharing space with both would be a great fit.
