Part-Time Nanny for Active Toddler – Wesley Chapel, FL

Our Good Nanny is assisting a warm, faith-centered family in Wesley Chapel with their search for a dedicated, professional part-time nanny for their delightful 13-month-old daughter.

This is a meaningful long-term position for one consistent caregiver who will become a trusted, nurturing presence in the child’s daily life. The family is seeking a reliable professional who values stability, consistency, and high-quality care.

Schedule

• Monday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Start Date: ASAP (family is actively interviewing)

Location: Wesley Chapel, FL 33544 (in-home care)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care to a happy, active toddler who thrives on music, dancing, singing, and engaging play
• Follow a structured daily routine: morning hygiene/dressing/bathing, meals, neighborhood walks, developmental play & learning activities, nap time, and afternoon music/singing/dancing
• Administer morning medication exactly as directed
• Ensure frequent hydration throughout the day
• Maintain strict hand hygiene and infection control
• Monitor for signs of illness (especially fever) and respond immediately according to family protocols
• Handle all child-related household duties: laundry, daily sanitizing of bottles/sippy cups/dishes/utensils, keeping meal and play areas spotless, and weekly toy sanitization + bedroom vacuuming
• Maintain strong, professional communication with Mom (who works from home)

Strict House Rules

• Zero screen time (strictly prohibited)
• No vaping, smoking, nicotine, or any substances on the property at any time

Requirements

• Current CPR & First Aid certification (required)
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Previous toddler care experience (1+ years preferred)
• Background in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or advanced infant/toddler care is a strong plus
• Experience or comfort caring for children with chronic health conditions is highly valued (full protocols and training provided)
• Must be available for a long-term permanent commitment (no rotating caregivers)
• Must pass thorough background check and provide excellent references
