Part-Time Nanny / Mother's Helper

About Our Family
We are a family of seven with five kids ages 7, 5, 4, 2, and 4 months looking for reliable, part-time help. Mom is home full-time and runs the day - this is a collaborative, supportive role, not sole charge.Hours are flexible. We are building a small team of trusted helpers rather than relying on one person, so we are open to as few as 5 hours a week or as many as 35 depending on your availability. Days and times are negotiable. If you are a great fit and want more consistent hours, that is on the table too!

The day has a structure already in place built around each child's needs - learning time, outdoor play, nap time, free play. Your job is to help execute it. That might look like taking a couple of kids outside for water play while mom works with the others, helping keep things running smoothly during a group activity, or engaging with the baby during an awake window while mom is with the older kids.

There are also built-in free play windows where the expectation is simply that you're present and engaged with the kids - playing, chasing, following their lead.

The baby is easy and on a predictable schedule. Comfort around babies is all that's needed.

• Can handle their piece of the day without needing step-by-step direction
