Part-Time Nanny Needed in Midland, TX (3 Days/Week

We are seeking a warm, dependable, and engaging part-time nanny to care for a sweet young child in Midland, TX. This position is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

This family is looking for someone who is nurturing, attentive, and genuinely enjoys being present with children. The ideal candidate is calm, reliable, and able to create a structured yet loving environment where their child can learn, play, and thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, hands-on care in a safe and nurturing environment
• Engage in age-appropriate play, learning activities, and outdoor time
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and snacks
• Support daily routines, including nap time and transitions
• Maintain cleanliness of child-related areas (toys, kitchen after meals, etc.)
• Assist with occasional outings or activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience caring for infants, toddlers, or young children
• A genuine love for working with children and supporting their development
• Reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and a professional, dependable presence

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
