A warm, structured family in Kent (98030) is seeking a reliable and engaging nanny to care for their playful and curious 4-year-old son. He loves reading, baking, outdoor play, and learning activities.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00/5:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Minimum of 20 hours per week

Optional: 4 hours on Sundays (preferred)

Hourly Rate: $30–$40/hour, depending on the right fit and match

Responsibilities

• Planning educational and creative activities (reading, baking, math, writing practice)
• Outdoor play and park visits
• School/daycare drop-off and pick-up
• Transporting to activities (e.g., Monday swimming lessons; additional activities may be added)
• Supporting bedtime routine and evening care
• Child-related household duties: laundry, tidying bedroom/kitchen, loading/unloading dishwasher, light meal prep (family does not eat pork)
• Maintaining clean counters and organized child spaces

The ideal candidate is punctual, warm, structured, and confident setting clear boundaries. Long-term mindset preferred. Vaccinations up to date. DMV screening must have a good driving record.

No pets. A house cleaner comes biweekly, and mom handles most cooking but appreciates light prep help.
