Part-time Nanny / RBT, BT, OTA (W2)

We are seeking a proactive, organized Part-time Nanny with BT, RBT, or OTA experience to support our preschool-aged child in a long-term role.

This position is ideal for a Behavioral Technician (BT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) or developmental professional seeking consistent hours in a private home setting.

Schedule:

Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:00am–2:00pm or 9:00am–3:00pm. Optional additional hours available.

Pay & Benefits:

$35–40/hour DOE, W-2 position, paid sick time, mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

• Drive to therapy sessions and activities
• Reinforce therapy strategies and support structured routines
• Proactively manage transitions and maintain clear safety boundaries
• Provide play-based, developmentally appropriate engagement
• Maintain strong awareness in public settings
• Lead care independently while parents work from home
• Complete light child-related tasks and occasional small family support tasks as time permits

Qualifications:

• BT/RBT/OTA or developmental experience required
• Strong executive functioning and ability to manage schedules independently
• Naturally stays one step ahead during transitions
• Comfortable confidently leading care in a collaborative home environment
• Reliable vehicle with valid California driver’s license and active California auto insurance
• Current CPR certification
• College degree preferred
