Everly Nannies is a boutique nanny placement agency serving families who are looking for exceptional, personalized childcare. We are currently placing a warm, experienced nanny for a wonderful family in Westlake.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This is a part time, ongoing placement with a relaxed and welcoming family. The schedule follows a custody arrangement, meaning you will work full weeks every other week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Guaranteed hours are provided to ensure stable, predictable income for the right candidate.

You will be the primary caregiver for one child, a spirited and joyful almost 3 year old girl. Mom works from home full time and will be in the house during your working hours but is not available to assist with childcare during the day. The ideal candidate is confident working independently and takes full initiative in providing engaged, enriching care throughout the day.

The home is pet free.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

Schedule: Every other week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Hours: 40 hours per week on scheduled weeks, guaranteed

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Start Date:ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide attentive, engaged one on one care throughout the day Plan and lead age appropriate activities including active play, sensory exploration, outdoor time, drawing, and imaginative play Prepare and serve meals and snacks Read books and incorporate early learning throughout daily routines Support Spanish language immersion as directed by the family Implement family established screen time parameters Tidy play areas and manage the child's laundry Communicate daily with the parent about the child's activities and wellbeing

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of professional childcare/nannying experience (Applicants citing babysitting/STNA/DSP will not be considered)

Valid CPR and First Aid certification

Up to date on standard childhood vaccinations

Non smoker; does not reside with a smoker

Clear criminal background check

Strong professional references

Genuine warmth and patience with toddlers

PREFERRED

Spanish language proficiency (strongly preferred)

Experience working with toddlers in a home setting

College degree

Enthusiasm for imaginative play
