Part-Time Nanny / Family Assistant

A busy professional parent is seeking a long-term Nanny/Family Assistant to help support two school-aged children and keep the household running smoothly. This is a collaborative role that combines after-school childcare with family assistant responsibilities and would be ideal for someone who enjoys being an integral part of a family's day-to-day success.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted extra set of hands, someone who can help manage the moving pieces of a busy household, maintain routines, and provide dependable support as the children grow. The parent values organization, communication, kindness, and teamwork, and is looking for someone who can help keep the household on track while creating a positive and supportive environment for the children.

Schedule

The family is flexible and can accommodate either:

  • 3 days per week, or
  • 5 days per week
  • Once a schedule is determined, we want it to remain the consistent schedule.

Guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week and could increase hours for the right candidate.

The family is flexible regarding the schedule and is open to structuring hours around the right candidate. While there is some flexibility in days and timing, the greatest need and support will typically fall between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, making those hours preferred. Additional daytime family assistant hours may be available for candidates seeking a larger schedule.

Start Date: Flexible, with an ideal start before the end of August.
