Job Summary
We are seeking highly organized Medical Transportation Dispatcher to coordinate and manage patient transportation services efficiently and compassionately. In this vital role, you will serve as the central communication hub, ensuring timely dispatching of medical transportation vehicles, maintaining seamless communication with drivers, healthcare facilities, and patients. Responsibilities

• Receive and process transportation requests
• Schedule trips and assign drivers based on availability, location, and urgency
• Communicate with drivers via phone, radio, or dispatch software
• Monitor trips in real time and adjust schedules as needed
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of trips, driver logs, and patient information
• Handle emergencies or delays by rerouting or prioritizing urgent cases
• Provide excellent customer service

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
