Requirements

• Bilingual a plus
• Customer Service experience is a must!
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate record keeping
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism
