Practice Structure:
- Outpatient-only.
- No hospital or nursery coverage.
- Approximately 20 patients per full clinical day.
- Flexible schedule (2–3 days per week options available).
- Shared weekend coverage proportional to schedule.
- After-hours call supported by nurse triage service.
- Strong staff support and efficient eClinicalWorks workflow.
We are seeking a nurse practitioner who values continuity of care and long-term professional relationships.
Compensation:
- Competitive pro-rated salary based on schedule.
- Structured per-diem option available.
- Malpractice coverage included.
- CME support available.
- $15,000 longevity bonus paid upon completion of five years (pro-rated based on FTE).
