PART -Time Nurse Practitioner – FOR Home patients and Assisted Living Facilities

(3 days a week, paid per patient)

Bliss Specialty Healthcare Group is a growing mobile physicians’ group providing expert, personalized care to patients in different settings such as home and assisted living settings. We specialize in complex patient care and are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Orange, Seminole, Lake and neighboring counties.

Position Overview

As a Nurse Practitioner with Bliss Specialty Healthcare, you will collaborate with Assisted Living staff to ensure the health and well-being of our patients. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on geriatric patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform face-to-face patient evaluations
• Assess patient care needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide health education, counseling, and referrals as needed
• Participate in case management and coordinate care
• Order appropriate treatments and durable medical equipment
• Complete administrative work onsite or remotely from your home office

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a mobile healthcare setting.

Qualifications:

✅ Nurse Practitioner with an active Florida license
✅ 2+ years of experience (preferred)
✅ Medicare billing privileges as an NP
✅ Current NPI number
✅ EMR proficiency (EclinicalWorks preferred)
✅ Excellent verbal & written communication skills
✅ Strong ability to work independently & manage time effectively
✅ Passion for geriatric care

Additional Requirements

• Must not be excluded from participation in federally funded programs (Medicare/Medicaid)
• Must notify management if at risk of exclusion
