Frank Galbraith & Son Excavation and Demolition is a family-owned and operated business for 35 years looking for an office administrator assistant in Scotch Plains, NJ.

The position will involve diversified administrative duties assisting the Administrative and Financial Department, as well as assisting all other departments as needed. 8 or 8:30am-2pm 3 day a week approx
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Candidates must possess:
- Have 2 plus years with quickbooks
- The ideal candidate must have excellent time management and organizational skills and be able to work on multiple projects with little supervision.
- The individual must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills, and be adaptable to new programs and tasks
- Prior expirence in construction industry a plus but not required
- Obtain material pricing for estimates
- Set up material pick ups and deliveries
- Schedule inspections
- Fill out permit applications
- Call in utility mark outs
- Pivot with unexpected changes on the jobs to allow the job to continue without delay
- keep all company license and certificates up to date
- Accurately and Timely send out invoices
- Notary Public a plus
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
