Office Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Office Assistant. We have a part time position available with different shift schedules to choose from.
Available Shift
Afternoon Shift: Monday - Friday, 12:45 PM - 7:00 PM
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist with order fulfillment and pickup coordination
- Process and record payments and financial transactions
- Maintain scheduling systems and update whiteboard tracking
- Support marketing department with material preparation and packing
- Prepare invoices and handle billing documentation
- Provide general administrative support to management
- Maintain organized office environment and filing systems
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in an office environment
- Basic computer skills and professional phone manner
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required
