Part-time Office Assistant

Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting staff and customers, and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
  • Perform data entry tasks using Google Workspace applications with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support office management activities such as appointment setting and coordinating meetings
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Off-Site Management responsibilities include ensuring continual staff training and quality assurance

Experience

  • Prior office or administrative experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures
  • Strong computer skills with Google Workspace tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
  • Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Personal assistant or office management experience will be considered an asset
