Gruene Botanicals is a Texas-based CBD retailer founded in 2019 by a local entrepeneur. It is our goal to maintain an excellent reputation while providing our customers with quality products and educating our community on the health and wellness benefits of CBD products.
We are seeking an exceptional office assistant and bookkeeper to work a set schedule of 24 (minimum)-32 (maximum) hours per week with core hours of 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday-Thursday.
** Basic proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite are non-negotiable requirements. **
Duties and responsibilities include financial record keeping, administrative support, data entry and management, accounts payable, and other tasks to promote efficient operations. Payroll, HR assistance and Adobe Acrobat Pro experience desirable.
