Overview :

  • Responsible for greeting clients, answering incoming calls, and following up on inquiries regarding treatment.
  • Facilitate client admission by gathering insurance information, collecting required forms, and obtaining prior treatment records.
  • Collaborate with third-party to verify insurance coverage and follow up on outstanding verification's.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding fees, benefit coverage, good faith estimates, and program details.
  • Assist therapists in scheduling or re-scheduling client appointments and informational calls.
  • Develop and update training materials and internal reference documents regarding intake processes and EHR protocols..
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist therapists in coordinating discharge by reaching out to other programs to determine availability and potential fit.
  • Assist the team with other administrative and operational needs, as required.


Requirements :

  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Must be collaborative and team oriented.
  • Minimum or two years of experience in customer service/administrative duties
  • Experience in admissions/mental health services preferred


Schedule/Shift :

Monday - Friday 9am-2pm/10am-3pm
