Overview
:

Responsible for greeting clients, answering incoming calls, and following up on inquiries regarding treatment.

Facilitate client admission by gathering insurance information, collecting required forms, and obtaining prior treatment records.

Collaborate with third-party to verify insurance coverage and follow up on outstanding verification's.

Respond to client inquiries regarding fees, benefit coverage, good faith estimates, and program details.

Assist therapists in scheduling or re-scheduling client appointments and informational calls.

Develop and update training materials and internal reference documents regarding intake processes and EHR protocols..

Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.

Assist therapists in coordinating discharge by reaching out to other programs to determine availability and potential fit.

Assist the team with other administrative and operational needs, as required.
Requirements
:

Must be highly organized and detail oriented.

Must be collaborative and team oriented.

Minimum or two years of experience in customer service/administrative duties
-
Experience in admissions/mental health services preferred
Schedule/Shift
:
Monday - Friday 9am-2pm/10am-3pm
