Part-Time Office & Dispatch Assistant – Concrete Company

We are a busy concrete company looking for a reliable, hard-working part-time assistant to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities without needing constant supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and taking customer orders
  • Dispatching drivers and helping coordinate schedules
  • Creating invoices and handling basic office paperwork
  • Assisting customers and communicating professionally
  • Helping cover office responsibilities when management is unavailable
  • General office support and helping wherever needed

Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Flexible availability
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous office, dispatching, customer service, or construction industry experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

Part-time with flexible hours. Must be willing to help cover shifts when needed.
