Position Overview:
We’re looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our La Crosse team as a Part-Time Office & Stylist Assistant. This role blends receptionist responsibilities with behind-the-scenes bridal support, making it a great fit for someone who loves creating order, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, boutique environment.

Schedule:
This role follows a fixed weekly schedule:

  • Saturdays: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Sundays: 10:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Wednesdays & Thursdays

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greet and check in brides and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to customer inquiries
  • Assist with customer transactions, including processing payments and operating our point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy and care.
  • Stay up to date with daily appointments and assist with pre-appointment prep tasks
  • Steam gowns, tag merchandise, and organize back-of-house inventory
  • Support Bridal Stylists during appointments by pulling and putting away accessories or gowns
  • Help maintain our menswear department by cleaning and organizing shoes and accessories to ensure everything is guest-ready
  • Keep the front desk, fitting rooms, and showroom clean and organized
  • Assist with cleaning, store upkeep, and merchandising tasks
  • Help ensure that every bride’s experience feels thoughtful and seamless

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliable availability for the scheduled hours listed above (required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, confident communicator with great phone etiquette
  • Experience in customer service, bridal, retail, or administrative support (preferred)
  • Positive team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
  • Calm, helpful presence—even when things get busy

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
