Part-Time / On-Call Daycare Assistant (Flexible Hours)

DymonCare LLC is looking for a reliable and flexible assistant to help provide coverage as needed in a small, nurturing in-home daycare environment.

This is not a set weekly schedule — hours are offered based on need (staff absences, appointments, ratio support, etc.). Perfect for someone looking for extra income with flexibility.

Typical Coverage Needs:

• 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
• 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM

(Most shifts are shorter and scheduled as needed.)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with infants and toddlers
• Assist with meals, diapering, and daily routines
• Support a calm, safe, and structured environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable and responsive (able to confirm availability quickly)
• Comfortable with a flexible / as-needed schedule
• Has childcare experience (preferred but not required)
• CPR/First Aid/ AED(preferred but not required)
• Enjoys working with young children (2 months – 3 years)

Important:

• Hours are not guaranteed weekly
• This role is best for someone who wants supplemental income or flexible work
