Graphics Specialist/Production Specialist

The graphics specialist is responsible for producing pre-press documents including but not limited to letterhead, business cards, brochures and flyers. This person has extensive knowledge of page layout and illustration software. It is extremely important for this person to have excellent attention to detail and proofread all work before sending it to press. This position will also assist with customer service duties and copier operation, bindery and taking customers’ orders for outside and inside jobs from start to finish.

Graphic design or print production experience is a must

Experience in Adobe InDesign/Word/Excel

Great Communication Skills

Experience in Production of Graphics and Printing

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

1-Design and layout in Adobe InDesign

2-Customer Service

2-Performs finishing bindery operations

3-Works on different projects simultaneously

4- Attention to both Detail and Deadline

Hours: Flexible

Tuesday / Thursday / Friday 9-4:00 or 10-4:00 depending on workload

Part Time 15 -24 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Graphic design: 1 year (Required)
• Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Required)
• Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Required)
