Overview
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Operations Assistant to support multiple growing businesses in new product development, manufacturing, rental properties, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, solving problems, staying organized, and helping a business owner operate more efficiently.
This position may be especially well-suited for a retired or semi-retired professional seeking flexible, meaningful part-time work and the opportunity to stay active and engaged. The work is varied and hands-on — one day may involve coordinating with manufacturers and vendors, processing invoices, tracking shipments, organizing product files, or supporting new product launches, while another may involve helping manage rental property needs, scheduling repairs, running errands, or assisting with special projects.
We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving small business environment. The right person is a self-starter who follows through, adapts quickly, and takes pride in helping growing businesses run smoothly and efficiently.
This is a flexible, in-person part-time position with the opportunity to play an important role across several established and growing businesses.
